What to prepare before contacting us
To prepare a quote, we need to know where the land is, its legal status (land title, lease, council allocation), the kind of house you want and, if possible, a rough budget. If you already have plans, send them; otherwise, simply describe the number of rooms, the floor area and any pool.

Building a villa on the Petite Côte, in Dakar or elsewhere in Senegal
We are based in Mbour and work mainly on the Petite Côte: Mbour, Saly, Somone, Ngaparou, Warang, Nianing. We also build in Dakar and throughout Senegal; outside the Petite Côte, travel costs are added to the quote.
